Peach-Bonfire 7C

Bonfire is a compact dwarf purple-leaf peach. White-fleshed fruit streaked with red ripens in September late. Fruits are clingstone with firm fruit used for canning pickling and pies. It can be eaten fresh but rubbery. Fruit turns red when cooked and makes an attractive pie. Bonfire makes a stunning landscape specimen with showy pink double flowers in spring.
