The most highly rated and reliable of the Red Maple cultivars.  The standard by which others are compared.  A vigorous growing tree with a strong and symmetrical branching pattern.  The foliage is very lustrous green in the summer changing to brilliant shades of red and orange in the fall and lasting for 10-14 days.  The silver-gray bark is very attractive during winter months.
