Magnolia-Sundance 1.5"B

Sundance Magnolia (Magnolia 'Sundance') is a beautiful deciduous ornamental tree featuring large, soft yellow, tulip-shaped flowers that bloom in mid to late spring, often as fresh green foliage begins to emerge, creating a cheerful display against its graceful, upright branching habit. Thriving in full sun to partial shade with fertile, moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil, this elegant magnolia is an excellent choice for specimen plantings, front yards, and protected landscape locations throughout central Illinois. Sundance Magnolia offers excellent cold hardiness, attractive summer foliage, and spectacular spring color, with its relatively late flowering season helping reduce the risk of frost damage compared with earlier-blooming magnolias.
