Hosta-Golden Scepter 1C

Golden Scepter is a small hosta with leaves that emerge chartreuse but mature to golden yellow. Oval leaves are matte above and glossy below with cuspidate tips and long pale green petioles. Leaves grow in a mound to 12" tall spreading to 18" wide. Bell-shaped lavender to purple flowers in dense clusters bloom on upright leafy olive-green scapes rising to 24" tall in mid-summer.
