Blueberry-Bluecrop 3C

Bluecrop Blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum 'Bluecrop') is a popular northern highbush blueberry featuring delicate white, bell-shaped flowers in spring, abundant clusters of large, sweet, light blue berries in midsummer, and attractive green foliage that transforms into brilliant shades of red and orange in autumn. Thriving in full sun with consistently moist, well-drained, acidic soil with a pH of 4.5–5.5, this vigorous, upright fruiting shrub is an excellent choice for home berry gardens, edible landscapes, and sunny garden borders throughout central Illinois. Bluecrop Blueberry offers excellent cold hardiness, dependable fruit production, and delicious berries perfect for fresh eating, baking, and preserves, with even better harvests when planted alongside another compatible northern highbush blueberry variety.
