We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our professional field team. This position focuses on hardscape installation, landscape construction, and site work for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape construction and installation
• Hardscape installation (paver patios, walkways, retaining walls)
• Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Grading, excavation, and drainage installation
• Site preparation and finish work
• Operate landscape and construction tools and equipment
• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
• Work as part of a landscape construction crew

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3+ years landscape construction experience
• Experience as a landscape laborer, hardscape installer, or landscape technician
• Knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay & Benefits

• $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Overtime available during peak season
